The experience always comes first
Across every product we build, whether a low-level library or a full application, the experience has to feel right. Easy to integrate, easy to use, easy to understand.
Designed around whoever uses it
Not every product is for everyone, and that is fine. A library serves developers; an application might serve anyone. Either way, we build around the actual audience and do not cut corners on that experience.

Alterion-Encrypt
A full end-to-end encryption pipeline for Actix-web: X25519 ECDH key exchange, AES-256-GCM session encryption, Argon2id password hashing, and a MessagePack + Deflate request/response pipeline, all behind a single middleware.

X25519 ECDH key store with timed rotation, a 300-second grace window, and HKDF-SHA256 session key derivation, designed as the key exchange layer for alterion-encrypt.

The JavaScript/TypeScript client-side counterpart to alterion-encrypt: X25519 ECDH key exchange, AES-256-GCM session encryption, and a MessagePack + Deflate request/response pipeline, in a framework-agnostic package.
Applications
Alterion Open Project
A free project scheduler with a real critical path engine behind a Microsoft Project style ribbon, reading Project's own files. Forward and backward pass, slack, summary rollup, resource booking and overallocation, earned value and resource levelling. Plans open from .mpp and Project XML, and save as a compact binary .aprj.
